Anapanasati

In this series of talks Prakasha, describes how to meditate using the Buddha's teachings in the Anapanasati sutta on the mindfulness of breathing. He considers the four tetrads in the sutta; exploring contemplation of the body, feelings, mind and mind-objects. The talks were given on retreat at Vajraloka in Wales in 2017.
